This page covers the Bowlmind website and its waitlist. The app is not released yet; it will have its own privacy policy when it is.

What we store

When you join the waitlist we store:

• your email address,
• the date and time you joined,
• which page you joined from (the home page or the calculator),
• your browser’s user-agent string, which helps us spot automated sign-ups.

That is all. The calorie calculator runs in your browser: what you type into it is never sent to us. The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we keep it

To send you a short confirmation right after you join, and one email when Bowlmind is available on the App Store. We don’t sell, rent or share your address, and we don’t use it for anything else. We keep it because you asked us to (your consent), and you can withdraw that at any time by asking us to delete it.

Where it’s kept

In a database hosted by Supabase, our database provider, which stores it on our behalf. Only the Bowlmind team can read the list. Emails are sent through Resend, our email provider, from its EU region.

How long

Until the launch email is sent, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. After launch we delete the list.

Deleting your email, and your rights

Email hello@bowlmind.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to remove it. We delete it and reply to confirm. You can also ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. If you are in the EU or UK, you can complain to your data protection authority.
